What is body psychotherapy all about and what can you expect to do when you come to my office?
First off, we’ll start with the theory that the mind and the body are not separate. Thinking and talking will be balanced by doing. We’ll use specific exercises to zero in on the issues that are troubling you. And we’ll go as fast or as slow as you’d like.
In the end, your feelings will be integrated into your consciousness instead of split off and motivating you from secret hideouts. Then you will be able to stop doing things you say you want to stop, start doing things you say you want to start, and feel an overall sense of happiness and peace of mind.
