Paying attention to your insides:

Scientists call the awareness of what’s happening inside your body, interoception. It’s when you notice and name feelings such as tension, tingling, tightness, rigidity, or spasticity (muscle contractions). When you can pay attention to your entire body, noticing and describing the feelings throughout. Then you will be self-aware.
