But when combined with the talking aspect, you discover (as a client) how interconnected your body and mind are—as one machine that is constantly trying to maintain harmony with itself. What I was most surprised at was the amount of energy the body stores from everyday events, especially trauma, that needs to be released to alleviate your own suffering. The power and methods of this approach accomplish that very effectively.
