Bioenergetic Breathing Stool - DIY Construction Plans
These construction plans illustrate a breathing stool which is an adaption of Alexander Lowen’s original bioenergetic breathing stool. Lowen originally used a wooden kitchen stool with rolled-up army blankets.
These electronic blueprints provide the specifications to build a very sturdy and stable stool. The stool I built from these plans is used regularly and has been used with people weighing as much as 300 lbs., without any issues.
These construction plans are available in PDF format and have been formatted to print letter-size, as well as 24″ x 36″.
No prints or building materials are included. This is a PDF available for download, only.
