Child’s Fortress = Adult Prison

Don’t Let Your Childhood Fortresses Become Your Adult Prisons

When we are children, we build psychological fortresses to protect ourselves from feeling helpless, overwhelmed, or afraid of what’s going on around us. If you don’t begin to recognize and break down the walls of those fortresses as an adult, they will become your prison. You will do things you can’t stop doing, be unable to start things you want to start, and feel an overall sense that something just isn’t right in life. Body psychotherapy is a fast and effective way to break you out of imprisoning patterns you are stuck in. Check it out.
